Just to clarify, I don’t want to say that Kate not telling Rick about remembering everything and seeing a therapist is the same thing as him smirking and changing the topic as soon as his father comes up, but both of them hid and are still hiding things. The wall Kate had built might have come down, but he has his own kind of wall.
